Wi-Fi at 54 mb, air conditioner was strong, and room arranged for max space.
Back door looked like side entrance for alley, inferior lighting in back parking lot.

Front desk clerk was very friendly.

It was in a great location, most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The lady that was to clean or room didn't for 3 days straight.

The bed in this place was absolutely wonderful. The location was great. The only problem was that the lady seemed to not want to clean our room. She kept claiming we had a do not disturb sign up when we weren't even there. Overall good place to stay. ...read more

The room smelled horrible.

The staff and other employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was worth the money. I felt that my car, belongings were safe as well. The only thing that really bothered me was the stench of the room. I don't know if all the rooms smelled like that, but I hope that we weren't the only ones that had to suffer that odor. ...read more

Not a single thing that I did not like.

This hotel was very clean, convenient to everything. I felt very safe here as mother traveling with a child. The pool was extremely well maintained. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. The staff, including the maids were very friendly and knowledgeable about directions anywhere we wanted to go. I will defiantly stay here on my next trip to Roswell/Alpharetta. ...read more
